In the online users page? It allows you to see not only how many are online, but also what they're doing, so it can't be collapsed. You can filter by logged in if you only want to see logged in members.

When I go to member list about half of them are "Guest"?. Is this supposed to happen? http://prntscr.com/9x7grh

Well it's probably a lot of users that haven't signed it yet.

Yeag, I get that they are not signed in, but it should say something at the top like "Guests(482)"

At the top? Top where?  The forum software is provided as a template, things like that isn't easy to change nor, IMHO is it really worth changing :P  There will always be more guests than members in most forums.
