That will be one of the recordings on a temp monitor like HWinfo 64 but only if ASrock put a sensor there to record that data.

What did you not understand about ASrock being the ones placing the sensor on the board...

HWinfo is free and works perfectly fine, double clock on a reading it will produce a graph like so.

this implies that it is a maybe that they included sensors. i already responded to someone else saying i would try hwinfo. this was my response to the maybe there is no sensor part

Won't know until you ask in an owners forum or open HWinfo and look. I was led to believe VRM temps on intel was nothing to worry about unlike my AMD rig, isn't stopping me from watercooling my z97's VRM though.

ok there is no vrm option should i just go off of motherboard temps? also the reason im asking is because maybe vrm's are causing this unfixable problem for me

If VRM are the issue, stick a 120mm fan over them blowing air onto them, open up your windows if the PC is located in your room to drop ambient temps. If putting a fan over the VRM helps stability like on AMD boards then you have found the issue, if not then either the VRM heatsink isn't making good contact or you have missed something in your OC. I haven't started clocking my i5 yet so I cannot help further. Sorry.

HWinfo is free, for life and will show him what he needs to know.

I think motherboard temp is the temp of the chipset, not the VRM. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Unless your mobo has a dedicated temp sensor for the VRM, you can also measure by using a thermal camera, a thermocouple or an infrared thermometer.
