MSI Bios Glitching

Try reseating the ram, if that doesn't work, try one stick at a time in different slots.

Hi. When i go into my bios and go into the OC setting the bios glitches and all of the text turns Chinese (the image attached doesn't show it).

My MB is a MSI z170a PC Mate and my GPU is a AMD R9 390. Please help. Thank you.

Take your GPU out and use the onboard graphics, see if it happens then. Also as above, check the RAM.
