Z170 Pro4 or Pro4s?

I'm trying to decide between the asrock z170 pro4s and pro 4 but i'm not exactly sure which to go with, although I'd rather get the pro4s since i can get it on a really good price on newegg. Can anyone suggest which I should go with, and what are the differences between the two? Is the pro4s worth it for the low price or should I wait it out for the pro4?

They're the same besides the I/O and audio cover plus have different/additional MOSFET heatsinks.  I did a build for a friend with the Pro4 and a 6600k and it's a solid board for the price.
