Adobe Programs (except Photo Shop) won't launch (WIN 10)

I've had Windows 10 since August and haven't had a problem running my adobe programs at all, until yesterday. I believe I installed a Windows update the day before yesterday so that's the only variable I can think of that has changed since the last time I used my Adobe CC suite. When I try to launch anything except Photo Shop I get the following error msvcr100.dll is missing. I have updated all of my Adobe software but it still won't launch, can someone help me out? 

 

EDIT, I think I've fixed it, Adobe Audition launches now, Just gotta see about premiere when it finishes installing. 

System: i7 4790K, Hyper 212 EVO, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix, GTX 1070 Super clocked, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Corsair RM 750, Corsair 750D (with 2 additional 140mm NZXT fans up top for exhaust.)
