building a gaming pc with a server motherboard

Hey guys im curious if i can build a pretty good gaming computer out of a serer motherboard. This is the stuff i am planning on using.'

I still havn't decided in a powersupply, and what type of case im going to build it in. Also i dont know what system windows that motherboard supports, for instance can i put windows 7 pro on it?
