Aero disabled when overclocking and after overclocking

I have an amd fx8120 and a hyper 212 evo and want to overclock it to around 3.6ghz or so. Since my motherboard is not very good but can be overclocked. I am using an asrock 970de3/u3s3. When i use amd over drive i manage to get a stable overclock but aero is disabled when i use the computer. I tried other overclocking software such as asrocks tuner and the same thing happened. Im worried about going into the bios since it looks like the bios of a computer from the 1990's and has no profiles so i can restore to the default.

You will just have to clear the CMOS if you make an unbootable overclock. You don't need specific profiles. All of the overcloking programs I have used have been buggy and I never recommend using them. Just go into the bios and try overclocking from there.
