Not a fan of the lighting color? But it looks great, especially that artisan, getting tempted to get one of these.

Yeah I know it a bit of an unusual taste, but I have my mouse and mobo set to match it.  Gives the room a purple/lilac glow at night when the screen is off :)

Got my first mechanical keyboard a short time ago, and it feels so nice to type with, being budget oriented I bought a Blackweb (Walmart brand) one since the Corsair I had been looking at was to expensive.
It's not rgb, but does have colored back lighting with three brightness levels and a handful of lighting modes.
I had to google more info about it (after I already bought it) and learned that it has Outemu Blue key switches that I assume are budget versions of Cherry MX blue's.
I know there are probably better options, but compared to thrift store oem ps2 rubber dome keyboards i'm used to, this thing is amazing.

Zeal springs are known to not be great, they often have spring crunch and ping. I would at least lube the springs. But lubing the switch will further improve sound and smoothness at a slight decrease of tactility. I would use GPL 205GO if you want smoothness and better sound at quite a bit of tactility loss, 3203 for the least amount of tactility loss, and 3204 is a good compromise.

Could anyone recommend me a nice looking artisan keycap for the escape key?

Just placed a preorder on the ducky one 2 min pure white. Would like to have a keycap matching the white/cyan colors. I wanted a specter, but the matching colors already sold out.

There are a few good ones, I think the more subtle ones look quite nice.

Here's my Input Club Kira. I like it a lot, so I bought two. One for my office and one for the house.

This way I don't need to keep adjusting for button layouts.

Both are setup as Jade switches for letter & navy for everything else.

Does anyone have any of the massdrop keyboards? Need some help trying to configure mine I have hit a wall and cant find the solution. I even tried starting from the beginning of the instructions.

so im trying to get my custom profile from .bin file I created on the site that massdrop provides and when I got into the command prompt and go to the necessary directory and try to execute the file it say this : 'mdloader_windows.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

yes I did or I believe did. I put a picture with the folder that I put everything in. When I go to the folder and enter dir just to see if its inside it says 0 files though.

Also, are you using Command Prompt instead of Powershell, and did you hit the small button on the bottom of the Ctrl?

so i just did it again on command prompt and before hitting enter i did reset my board using the small button, and hitting enter on my old keyboard it gave me the ('mdloader_windows.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.) Even though I did hit the reset button and the board was blank.

Can you take a screenshot of Command Prompt after executing dir /w?

That's odd. You showed me a screenshot showing the files in that that directory, yes?

 

Try moving the files to another directory, like... C:\Loader?
