Couldn't wait, so I went out and got myself my sixth and, hopefully, last mech KB.....a FILco Majestouch Ninja Brown switch since Brown and Blue seem to be the rage these days. What I like about Ducky and Filco is this, they provide a molded plastic cover that can be used as dust covers when the KB's aren't in use......CM should really pay attention to this:

Well, over here, a Topre cost easily about 240USD or higher, I's not willing to pay that much for a single KB. I was asking about KMAC, the silver bezel model I was looking at cost at least 440USD (KB + shipping costs)

Wow you are going hardcore with collecting keyboards. I already have a couple of keyboards and I think I am done for now. If I ever get another keyboard in the future it will be a Realforce, and that won't be any time soon.

These are work-in-progress, still trying to figure out what I want to achieve......I have ordered and will received a full set of grey Ducky Shine keycaps for my DS II in a matter of days. Meanwhile, got a set of transparent keycaps to replace those on my G2 Pro TKL. That little red 'Panic' key cost about 6USD on its own! :o  Man, I'd thought messing with KBs would be cheaper than GPUs....

Next up, since my Filco Ninja looked rather drab to me, I want to spruce it up a little, looking for a set of 'esc, F1 - F12 keycaps to populate the top....still trying to work out what I want though...

Still wondering about what I'd like to do with the 'arrow' keys and numpad.....

Man, I'd thought messing with KBs would be cheaper than GPUs....

 

 

 

At least you're not messing with headphones and audio. I heard those cost a load ton $$$$

Not sure when the Filco keyboards out of stock, but I request for stock in since 29/03/2013 and finally restocked @ 15/05/2013(as promised, they messaged me when the stock arrives during in the middle of the night) and bought them @ 16/05/2013. $110 though. I get special discount for becoming the 1st customer who buys them when it's freshly new batch in stock.

For those keen on Ducky's, here is a reply back from the larger seller here in the US:

 

We do not quite yet have an ETA on our next Ducky shipment. Ducky is still working on their next batch to send us, which was supposed to be ready to be shipped out at the end of April. Seeing it's now the middle of May, my best guess would be "any day now". However, it could be as late as June or July. I HOPE it's sooner than later though. If you, or your friends, aren't finding what you're wanting on TigerImports, MechanicalKeyboards.com (our sister site) offers "Chinese versions" of majority of the standard Shines. They still have US characters, they just also have Chinese characters accompanying the US characters on each key.  We also have white and pink keycap Shines.

I found it hard to avoid bottoming out those keys I pressed especially when typing. Or maybe it's too near to the ground after the click is activated.

I intend to get a sixth, and last mech KB, and it has to be a Filco......waiting to see if there's anything new, if not, prolly get a Majestouch 2. Two Ducky is enough, I'm determined to get a Filco! :wub:

 

There will be a small 60% keyboard from them, if it isnt already for sale. I think the name is Vanilla or something simiilar.. :)

Daily driver is a plate mounted KBC Poker with PBT blue on white cherry font caps (MX Blues)

For gaming, I use a PLU ML-87. Right now it has Retro DSA caps on it. (MX Red switches)

I've got a K60 with the reds. The reds are ok, but I'm hoping to sell it to get a new one with blues.
