I want the ducky's Keycap on a filco .. Man decision making really stinks ..

 

If you're wanting the Filco board. Get the Filco. You'll be able to upgrade the keycaps a month or so down the line.

1. CM Storm QuickFire keyboards normally use Costar stabilizers, and I'm guessing the Rosewill RGB80 uses Cherry stabilizers since it greatly resembles an iOne manufactured keyboard (http://www.ione.com.tw/2011/products/3_gaming/0_big_photo/M10TFL.html) and iOne mostly uses Cherry stabilizers

2. The keycaps on a QuickFire keyboard pretty much faces the same as all other mechanical keyboards. If you don't like the angle there is angle incline you can use at the back.

3. No idea. I just know QuickFire series keyboards are good bang for the buck keyboards.

 

Dude just get a Ducky Zero if you can afford one. If you have more budget go for Ducky 9008 or Ducky Shine.

Just got a razer black widow ultimate chroma with razers own green switches :-) it's my first mechanical keyboard so can't really make a comparison with similar products but it's vastly superior to any membrane keyboard. Rainbow effect is a bit too much at times but customisation is great and it will fit in with any build theme.post-142972-0-00274200-1416425143_thumb.

What you're saying is a load of rubbish, just as reds are better for gaming and blues for better for typing.

There's only one who can make this decision and that's the user. Ergo it all comes down to personal preferences.

^ This. I have a keyboard with Blue switches and just acquired one with Clears. I like the Clears more, and type better on them than Blues.. It is all preference..

Images come out best on the lowest backlight setting.. :/

Considering getting my first mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse. Prefer silence more than anything, Will do just as much typing as gaming and maybe even more typing. I was looking at MX Brown or I really like Razer BlackWidow Chroma Stealth (for palm rest to easily lift the keyboard) and Razer DeathAdder Chroma (for simple thumb buttons). I am wondering what is the quietest though. Is MX Red just as quiet as brown? Any recommendations?

my friend (@alby800) has a cherry brown logitech g710+ which has a palm rest aswell

Quieter than most since it ships with o-rings.

I use a Corsair Vengence K70 Cherry MX Brown.

 

I love this keyboard and is great for everything.

I have a k70 with reds...   my only problem is the red leds,,,, I want to change it all to white. 

Looking around,

With my Poseidon Z experience (Kailh Blue), I was not impressed by the switches. From day 1 the Tab was screwed up, but it didn't really matter. I ended up returning it after the D key screwed up as well. I ended up buying the Rosewill Helios. The Blackwidow was on sale for 100 only, but I'm not dealing with Kailh ever again (first time mechanical KB user with the Poseidon Z)...

Well, the reseller I've ordered from, Teraset, just got the keyboards this Thursday.

I can't remember what region you're from, but if your from within the EU, the keyboards have probably just arrived to the resellers. :-)

Umm guys , remember how I said im going for the filco .. Yeah .. Apparently the shop I'm going has Yellow Filco too... That looks slick too , compared to the ninja TKL , both has it's own unique look , but that's the problem .. They're both so different and I like them both ..

Not another decision making moment :(
