It most certainly can :D Maybe a mixture of medium and high would suit it better tho.

Most likely no.

Why not look up the answer before blindly throwing out a "most likely" no?

Should be able to get around 40-50fps with your setup high 1080p. http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/asus-geforce-gtx-950-strix-review,12.html

Yup.

Still though, for roughly the same price you can get better performance from a 370 (about 90% certain, but am sick and tired)

Nope

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Ehhh doubt it, GTX 580 can do it, that's right at GTX 960 levels, the 950 is under it.

Gtx 950 is slightly better than the gtx 580 according to gpuboss. Is this correct? If so, im getting that gpu.

Similar, i forgot i was comparing my card, mine is nowhere near stock sorry.

The stock 580 is around 270x levels, the 950 is too so yeah close.

Overclocked a 580 will gain more ground than the 950 and will start competing around GTX 960 and R9 280 levels.

Oh. Is the R9 380 2gb a good choice then? Or should I get the 4gb one?

I can't afford the 4gb one. What are the advantages of 4gb(I don't think my games will exceed the 4gb vram)?

It makes a difference on the R9 380, it is factually faster.
