Computer messed up.HELP!

cakez
Go to solution Solved by SansVarnic,

checked everything, the only faulty thing I found was a ram stick not completely in,restarting the pc now

Well that's good you found that.

Double check that your bios is registering everything correctly.

Now the computer doesnèt detect the second monitor at all.YAY....

You may need to re-adjust your display settings.

and btw at the bottom of the screen it says:safe mode and the backgroud is completely black

Safe mode does that.

Quick question, what OS are you using? Win 7, 8/8.1, 10?

5 minutes ago,I dis powered, unplugged everything from my computer to clean the dust. After I re-connected everything, and logged in,the computer only uses 1 monitor and the other monitor just acts like a mirror. The internet doesn't work either, eathernet or wifi. And I cant do anything with the programs because it says I need an administrator acount, but I am on that account plz help.Ièm using a laptop right now

OK so your system with the issue is a desktop with 2 monitors. the second monitor mirrors the first? and want this or not?

Your GPU is not a just a z. Is it an Nvidia or AMD?

My first suggestion is to shut the system down and re-seat your connections (unplug and re-plug everything).

You may need to check you wiring inside to make sure nothing came unseated while you where cleaning.

Just to be thorough check everything. (Make sure no dust clots are stuck in a connection, it can cause a short.)

Then power it back on and see what happens.

Try this, unplug one of your monitors > boot up > check your graphics drivers to make sure its up to date.

Try and make sure it boots normally.
