CPU Vcore Difference when overclocking

Hi,

I've been overclocking my CPU following TTLs guide for 1155 CPUs. I set load line calibration to extreme and set my CPU Vcore to 1.235V however when running OCCT it showed my voltage was spiking and was not constant. Is this a problem as there is quite a large offset between the reported Vcore and the value I set in the BIOS.
