Did that ssd fix your problem? Please select best answer or simply update your thread saying that your problem has been resolved.

I'd recommend installing someithing like defraggler http://www.filehippo.com/download_defraggler/ If you install it and run analyze it should tell you if your hard drive is healthy or has a problem/is dying. At least you'll know if it's a hard drive failure. If it's not then its probably an OS that's become corrupted or even faulty drivers..

I think your right, the hard drive doesn't read any files. It is not even recognized in the BIOS. Along with that, it makes the clicking sound of death continuously. I decided to order an ssd as a replacement.
