Who is better at the AWP Kenny.S or JW?

I would say that KennyS is better than JW.

JW has always been an aggressive sniper and thanks to the AWP nerf and his performances dropping down I can't really rate him higher than KennyS, also KennyS still is the main sniper for EnVyUs (and their second best player at the moment) while Olof is sniping more than JW in Fnatic.

P.S. The best sniper overall is GuardiaN.

The true Skillers were in CS 1.0-1.6.

Hard to compare now though because the AWP changed a lot in CS:GO. But yeah, that is for the most part true.

1. Noscopes aren't fully accurate

2. No quickscoping, or at least it's not as reliable

3. Slower moving speed while scoped in (Thanks Valve! /s)

Best AWPer in CS GO history: KennyS

Highest peak of any AWPer (honestly any player) we've ever saw: KennyS

Defining style that people could not play against easily: JW

One of the best rising talents right now: Fallen

 

*edit* KennyS is probably the second best AWPer right now, possibly because he got hit by the AWP nerf way harder than Guardian did.

KennyS was very reliant on the movement speed while scoped in, that's why. Some people (like me) tended to QS pretty frequently to begin with, so it wasn't too hard to adapt to. It was funny how I could just destroy everyone with the AWP when the nerf first happened, and everyone else was garbage.

I agree, although it was a thing of beauty in late 2014/early 2015 of KennyS absolutely hard carrying Titan who was absolute garbage at the time and dropping 50+ frags a game with that style. But you gotta give props to Guardian, he's quite the god right now.

I don't see the point behind the movement speed nerf, it almost killed aggressive awping. My playstyle was exactly like KennyS' for awhile, as soon as the nerf happened I came up with the solution to quickscoping. I guess CoD did help my CS:GO skills...

 

I mean they already made it inaccurate when shooting without scoped in, and made it so it's not fully accurate right when you scope in. I thought that was enough.

 

in the older CS games, I was an absolute god at the awp. Even the fact that you can't do fully accurate QS threw me off a little bit.

I would agree with GuardiaN to be honest. However, between KennyS and JW... I feel like Kenny is more consistent, but JW is more flashy about his shots. Then again both Kenny and JW really love to land impossible shots.

I personally like NiP, C9, Navi, and hate Fnatic.

Well I do like to vote for the underdog but fnatic is a really fun team to wtach play, and the players are really nice personalities.
