He says he'll do something impossible, when asked how, his reply frequently takes some form of "It will work because I am great." The wall/fence isn't his idea, Congress passed a law to build one several years ago, the current administration and the last one have been dawdling around and not getting it done.

None of what you said, in any way suggested that we shouldn't try. As I previously stated, hampering enemy communications is an age old tactic, and one that often has at least some effect. Even if they can get around it eventually, it still takes them some amount of time. And then they have to do it all over again when you are on to them.

 

That's the nature of combat. One person does one thing to stop the other person from doing something, the other person adapts, and so on and so forth. It doesn't mean you just give up.

I don't know much about China, but I don't think the circumstances are the same from what I see. I would say the US is much better equipped Internet-wise than China.
