The R9 390 bundled with a "700W PSU" was spotted today on Newegg priced at 370$ for the bundle.

we know the 300 series have marginally lower TDP then the 200 series hawaii GPUs.... If they somehow managed to make a better cooler, these cards might not be bad

hmm maybe if they added an additional blower fan at the end it would cool a tad bit better.

I really hope one day someone will make a blower cooler with a very quiet operation and decent cooling performance.  Or a giant copper pipe system on the inside.  Two blower cards would be ideal.

Um no. It's simple math: it takes 3 90mm fans to adequately cool a 390x as we've seen. 2 of them are audible. We're down to 1 fan here that is also less efficient and smaller meaning it has to spin like 5x faster. You can make a better fan (Though I highly doubt this will be the case) but unless it runs on magic 100% non friction, it's gonna be louder....quite a bit louder in fact.

I doubt it will be as loud as the 290X - that was a horrible fan
