anyway to remove MDM off an ipad?

So last year when i left school we got to keep the ipads because we had to buy them. and i just found it left in my backpack because i never needed it. and it has MDM (mobile device management) profile on it. i cant find an option to remove the profile, and i reset the ipad from the setting and it just had it on it when it was done setting up from the restore. when you try to hook up to a computer it works for about 3 seconds then it says device not charging and the pc doesn't recognize a device being plugged in anymore. does anyone know a way to remove it? because the app store and explicit music is blocked because of the MDM profile.

You could try restoring your iPad using iTunes by putting it into DFU Mode: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201263
