Im a noob at computers and safety stuff and only play coutner strike. If my windows firewall blocks Logitech Gaming Software should i press allow acces or what

Yes. It allows LGS to connect to the internet and update it self

Did you download it direct from the Logitech website? If so, allow it, it's legit.
