So I saw Cookiezi's PC Specs in twitch and it seemed pretty overkill for it to play osu!

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k

GPU: GTX 980

Memory: DDR4 8GB x2 @ 2400MHz

I have a vaio laptop with an i5-2410M inside it but I experience difficulty in livestreaming/screen recording...

Probably does more than just simple gaming. That power could do well in 1080p60 streaming as well as video editing. And there are games that require more power to begin with.

Furthermore, if you have money and are PC enthusiasts, wouldn't you buy best there is? (I would get different storage...)

Well it thermal throttles a bit to about 70% in my CPU but other than that, I have a full blast of my Hanabishi Stand Fan behind me XDD
