:O... PSU suggestions pls

I'm using an i3 4160 + GTX 970 with a CX600

everything ok, but allready have i5 4590 at home, and in near future 980/980ti

 

please, PSU suggestions, I don't want my whole 1300€ rig go to hell :|

It doesn't mean that all CX will catch fire, some people like to exaggerate that here.

You can upgrade to a higher tier PSU from the list here if you want to. If you upgrade to a 980 Ti it would be a must though.

The issues with the CX series are over exaggerated. It's not likely to blow up or catch fire. However, they're still not suitable for high end builds, like this. 

 

EVGA GS 550W would be my suggestion.

XFX, SeaSonic, or EVGA[as long as it doesn't have a 1 next the letter it is fine.  The 1 models have high failure rates.
