Are there any overclocks on the CPU and GPU?

Also try and repair the installation in Origin

As said before; try running it on just one card and see wether the problem still occurs.

Seems like a CF issue, but i've also recently had this problem. My problem was the fact that a foobar2000 plugin was interfering with razer surround, when i'd play bf3 and music simultaneously, causing my computer to freeze (only in BF3, no other game), ended up removing the plugin, and playing awesome beats while pwning noobs wasn't accompanied by freezing.
