Judging by my foot (which is 12 inches long, the last time I checked) my arm is 2 and a half feet long, at minimum. (RIP metric users)

Interesting visual. probably differes based on body shape/type too. 

 

I must be 15-20. Never cared enough to be actually tested.

Neither have I, as long as I am happy and can do what I need to I'm good. I fluctuate from 190-220.
