Advice: Gigabyte GTX 670 in 2-way or 3-way SLI?

your thoughts?  I know I should be getting a 780 or something but I already have a watercooled version of this same card.  Looking to get more FPS for gaming purely.  In BF3 i'm getting around 30+ FPS with all settings on High - on Ultra it is dropping to around 20.  I game in surround - 5760 x 1200.  There is a great deal on right now for this same card $289 each (Canadian dollars).  Which is around $140 off the regular price which is think is an awesome deal.  I can have each new card around $400 a piece after all the watercooling parts and fittings are installed.  Paid full pop for this card back in October last year.

Need more VRAM for that resolution, can you sell the card you have and maybe get 4GB version of 770?

You'll need some more VRAM to game at that resolution, that'll be your biggest 'bottleneck'. Maybe you should look at something like the 4gb 770? Or a 780.

effective vram in sli/crossfire is the amount of the card with the lowest vram.
