Gooogle+ cant change name

Well i went to change my name and it said We were unable to save your settings at this time, i always get this same message every time. no matter how long i wait, and i've only ever changed my name once.

Contact Google Support.  In this order (Live Chat>Phone Support>Email if have to)

That's because they are shutting down google+ no one uses it. 

Troubleshooting a pc will make you believe in gremlins.
