Out of those features I use Selective focus the most. I've had a lot of fun with the Virtual Shot feature too though, so I'll give that an honorable mention.

Honestly I've never owned a smart phone so they all look great, but if I had to select a favorite, I would say it's a tie between selective focus and virtual shot.
