3rst Day

Today I gave thread to see if something moved.
As I wrote before I had to change the position of the pump and reservoir for aesthetics more than anything (besides had no other compressor 90 to match reservoir-pump) so I had to put the reservoir hung back and the pump below the PSU COVER.

First of all amure While aluminum chapon
img2134dg.jpg
img2170t.jpg

After measuring, marking and cutting to make the hole to pass the hose down and go to the pump.
img2165c.jpg
img2166kw.jpg
img2168t.jpg
img2145k.jpg

This was finally:
img2171q.jpg
img2175t.jpg
img2178mv.jpg
img2181or.jpg
img2183h.jpg

Tomorrow is to finish the hole for the pump and start sanding sheets to be best:
img2135rx.jpg
img2138l.jpg
img2152qc.jpg
img2153pk.jpg
img2158h.jpg
img2130v.jpg
img2132v.jpg

4th Day

Today I dedicate to complete the circuit pump-rad-cpu-vga-reservoir-pump.
Seeing that the PSU cover was not decided whether to spend hauling in the "L" that anchor the grooves that brings the haf-x factory. In fact he had not done before because I thought would look good but no, I did not like aesthetically.
img2231px.jpg
img2194j.jpg
img2207q.jpg
img2199sx.jpg

I also had to put screws in front and moving a bit:
img2201hi.jpg

to finish the hole to pass the mouth of the pump:
img2211hv.jpg
img2215ec.jpg
img2217ti.jpg

Now screw the pump to display and measure to cut the hose:
img2225in.jpg
img2226k.jpg
img2235b.jpg
img2251qa.jpg

img2223yk.jpg
img2233h.jpg
img2232sw.jpg
img2244g.jpg
img2260q.jpg

Finally after placing all
img2247v.jpg
img2258cw.jpg
img2255xy.jpg
img2256a.jpg
img2257gy.jpg

Now place the ssd is in the top 5.25 "(bottom not like me any way), paint and any other paint.

5th Day

Today it was the ssd :D

Trying different positions for the above I decided to put it as originally planned, at the top of 5.25 ".
A measure and holes:
img2263cl.jpg
img2265u.jpg
img2266i.jpg
img2272m.jpg

Then make the cavity to pass the cables:
img2277yx.jpg
img2279i.jpg

in this last photo shows a calculation I did wrong because I had to enlarge a couple of holes :P

Finally:
img2280w.jpg
img2281dw.jpg
img2286zs.jpg
img2285m.jpg

Now the hard part I play so far is doing the same cavity in the cabinet and not passing through any other side:
img2295y.jpg
img2294td.jpg
img2293ju.jpg

After a good time to hand filing was more or less but the important thing is that the wires run:
img2304o.jpg
img2298ly.jpg

Finally for today .. presented'm something like this:
img2318yj.jpg
img2312m.jpg
img2313dj.jpg
img2314wq.jpg

A preview of what will be painted aluminum sheets, flanges and bolts:
img2220k.jpg

I love the start of this man, the only thing i would have chaged is to add some holes on the left side where the PSU is so the fan drags from the top and now the bottom. You'll kill your PSU so fast if it's dragging from the floor.

The only thing i hate in this case is the top because it's room enough to fit a 360 rad but there is only 4 holes for it :/

I will sub for this! :D

That 240mm Rad scares me, I would go with a 360mm Thick Rad at least for a GPU + CPU combo loop. Otherwise great build

thanks dude! I thought the same about the psu but having the 230mm fan blowing towards it there is no risk, you always get fresh air.
Totally agree with the top of the cabinet, is one of the things I do not like.
