I suggest getting an R9 390, and if you play a lot of higher end or commercial games get one with 4GB VRAM since a lot of these games are really starting to utilize it.
Also, if you have the extra money, I suggest you getting an SSD if you care about how fast your operating system and main programs load everything. I just got one myself and it's probably the best money spent in my whole rig. It's way faster than an HDD.

Why the r9 390?

isn't it expensive 350/400$ ?

i read all about the internet that the gtx-960 is not good for that price... but it cost just 200/250 is like what i want to spend for my gpu right now...

what ssd do u suggest?

Oh... Whoops my bad :).

I'd go for a i5-4690k Z97 Motherboard and a BeQuiet! Pure Rock

After this save up about $200-$220 for a Sapphire Nitro r9 380 and your build will be golden. The FX6 will hold back anything much better then an R9 270x or 280, oh and 4GBs of ram. Sqeeuze that in,,even if you can't get the CPU cooler.

the cpu is the one im looking for... so Great!! (do you know like similar amd cpu that can cost a little bit less?)

the motherboard i have isnt good enough?

About the Gpu... i mostly play league of legends, do u think the nitro r9 380 can provide to me a nice game experience?

(for "nice game experience" i mean that the game run pretty much fluently)

i already got a cpu cooler (Coolermaster Hyper TX3 EVO)

A 380 can play most games 1080p nearly maxxed out 60FPS.

If you wanna ditch overclokcing you can go for a H97 Motherboard and i5-4590 and maybe ditch the cpu cooler. Then get the 4GBs of ram.

I5-4590

H97-H81 Motherboard

4GBz lf Ram. Would probably run you about $300 or kess.

i have a few question more...

do you know a silent power supply ? (i think 600 watt should be good)

sorry, i dont understand really well the part : "If you wanna ditch overclokcing you can go for a H97 Motherboard and i5-4590 and maybe ditch the cpu cooler"

Pretty much saying if you dont wanna overclock.

Instead of a i5-4690k z97 motherboard ( which can be a little bit more expesnive ) and a aftermarket cooler ( isnt needed if you arent overclocking )

You can get a i5-4590 H97 board and stick to the stock cooler. 4590 is a locked cpu ( mesnkng cant be overclocked ) and H97 boards arent made for overclocking.

Silent Power supply. Make a thread one it, i know BeQuiet! And EVGA offers some somewhat silent power supplies for a great smount of money.

That cooler will be fine, its better then stock cooling. Performsnce wise maybe 2-3FPS.
