Closest case dimension to ps4-xbox one

I am planning to built a gaming pc to fit in my gaems vanguard (portable gaming enviroment) it fits sizes as small as the ps4 and as big as the xbox on 3.1 x 10.8 x 13.1 in  is there a case with the size between the 2 consoles or will i have to mod a case

CoolerMaster Elite 110? I think the most powerful card it fits is the R9 Nano

node 202 is very small and slim be careful with psu and cpu cooler
