Don't have an SSD? get one! You can spend about 100 on one to make a boot drive, maybe spend the rest on some more RAM.

You could get a ridiculous mouse/keyboard/headset combo!  80 on a mouse, 120 on keyboard and rest on a headset.

Don't have anything to spend on, then save it.

If you have to ask what to spend it on, it sounds like you don't want/need anything too badly. Save it for when something come out that you really want :)

An SSD wouldn't be a bad idea though... but save the rest :)

You should make a 'to buy' list for occasions like this. Then when you get bits of money, you know whether to save or spend.

An SSD will make a big difference but a great monitor can make an even bigger difference I would say. You boot your computer and load your programs once, but the actual difference in FPS between a hard drive and an SSD is completely negligible.
I have an ASUS VG248 and I wont go back from the high refresh rate. Height adjust is so great for ergonomics.
If you already have 8 gb of RAM, you're probably fine unless you're making LOTS of videos or playing games like Planetside 2 (large mmo's).

After that, I'd say a solid keyboard or headset. Mice are cheaper.

I think you will like an ssd and extra monitor much better honestly. :D

well... maybe if you are maxing your CPU often, maybe then it would make sense to upgrade it. but if you never go over 80% i mean... no reason to upgrade the cpu.

Go 4970k or bust! Get an SSD and you'll love the improvement. I moved 10 gigs of Rocksmith songs to another location on my PC in seconds! literally less than a minuet!
