Steelseries Replacement Battery?

Hey,

 

I am hoping to find someone to help with this..

 

I purchased a Steelseries H Wireless a few years ago. It has been great. Recently one of my batteries stopped working. I thought this is fine, a few years is pretty good, I'll just buy a replacement... 

 

I can't find a replacement anywhere...

 

Does anyone know where I could find one?

I have opened a ticket and am waiting on a reply. I heard they request a full RMA of the entire set, we will see what happens.

I seen the same forum you pulled that from. Two posts down the guy with the same problem as me replied with the results. The BL-5C is slightly longer and won't fit the charger or headset.

 No worries. That battery is available on Amazon Canada. The one review for it says it is too big.

Try the battery for the Samsung SPH-230. I had an old one and it fits the charger and the headset.  The steelseries battery ran the phone but i havent got a new samsung battery yet to test in the headset. My old samsung battery was too dead to charge so i couldnt run the headset off it. I will update this post in a week when i get my new samsung batteries.
