GTA V but I've got a Alienware can they work together

So guys and gals I've gotten a Alienware 17" 16GB RAM and 4GB GTX 980M will I be able to run GTA V on it ? HELP!!!!!!!!!

BTW Guys I have a Ferrari Enzo, can it go above 50mph?

It was on order 12 days left so I cancelled it because people suggested otherwise
