Patriot Memory RMA: Awesome!

iamdarkyoshi

So I had to RMA two 32GB kits of DDR3 because it was failing memtest. They came from a PC I bought from someone else, used. I had no idea when they bought it or from where, and obviously I did not have the original boxes or anything.

So I submitted an RMA request and I got a reply in about a day. So I shipped it (I had to pay shipping, but that is all) and within a couple DAYS I received two brand new 32GB kits, and they are a newer model!

Awesome support, quick shipments, and no issues. I think I know what brand of RAM I will be buying in the future. They have lifetime warranties on RAM.

I would post some images but they are a huge pain because my phone's photos are slightly more than 2mb each

It's really not uncommon for RAM to have lifetime warranty; at least here in the UK

on PC part picker, the build was about 1.4 -1.5k so I would say 1k would probably be my starting point, shipping is on me :)

  • 3 years later...

Patriot Memory RMA is awful for me as they were not willing to give me a shipping label for my 128gb sd card so they wanted me to pay almost the entire cost of the card to ship it from the UK to the Netherlands
