Considering it's meant to be a "new" game it looks terrible.

That is the console version, maybe the pc will be better but I doubt it.

The same way GTA IV was better looking on PC? Only if you had a Titan.

Considering it's meant to be a "new" game it looks terrible.

After playing the demo there are some minor graphic differences, but the demo is locked at 720p and no AA so I can't say 100% that it looks great. From the demo I would give it a 5.5 on graphics.

GTA was horribly optimized though.

So I've heard, I haven't been able to play it properly because I had a bad graphics card and none now but I will take your word for it.

Just realized that at about 12 minutes it appears to resemble the matrix.

 

Zen taking over the police = agents

 

And it all takes place in a virtual word.

that dowsnt really matter, the graphics still look like crap, look at the hair, no detail at all

I didn't enjoy saints row the third all that much i'm not having high hopes for saints row the 4 either, this looks like dlc more than anything.
