they are all good choices.

however, i would narrow it down to the 350d, phantom410 and C70. all good airflow and look beautiful. Just decide with the price/you like most.

the thermaltake chaser mk1 has pretty good airflow and cable management options (fulltower)

last i checked it was around 120. and it's pretty quiet with the stock fans.

Usually you'll be able to find informations on the can you intend to buy.

Best way to color metal is to use some sandpaper to roughen the surface, clean with alcohol and once it's COMPLETELY dried out, use a grounding spray, have it dry about 24h to be sure all of the solvent has evaporated and then paint it in any color you want. If you want to increase scratch resistance, add a layer of clear polish.

If you have a matx, please consider getting the 350D instead.

A matx mobo in a mid tower is just awkward.
