gta v without a ssd will lag ( and other huge games )

get ssd asap

SSD doesn't determine how a game runs. A SSD just boost up loading times lol. When one a low budget DONT sacrifice performance for a SSD.

Everything looks good, I'd get s H97 mobo just Incase you gotta do a BIOs update.

Get an SSD and really look into better motherboards. B85 chipset is meant to be used in very basic office setups. Nothing is cooled, nothing can be modified and so on.

i5 4460  << perfect for b85 chipset... coz he cant do anything with that cpu anyways

unless he goes intel K versions... he will be fine with b85/h85 chipset ect

U dont need an SSD to game, it only effects loading times. So you are incorrect.

The motherboard is not effecting his gaming performance. Its a locked CPU why the hell does he need a better motherboard? SSDs are a nice to have, he doesent need one if he cant afford it, i can tell this was a budget build.

HDDs do not make microstudders unless MAYBE you are playing skyrim with about 1000 mods.

Never experienced this through all my 300+ hours of battlefield. If you're have any sort of stutters it's not the storage.

 texture popins and much more

That's more of an game engine or VRAM issue.

I would agree, check RAM clocks and voltage and reseat the GPU and RAM, also check for nvidia driver updates.

Stop giving people incorrect information. You think a game needs to read and write to storage at 500MBps ??? An SSD is not necessary. Please stop spreading this incorrect information.
