Admin mod/plugin for a CSGO server

Hello.

I have been hosting a dedicated server for Counter-Strike Global Offensive for some of my friends to play games on. Right now the only way to do administrative tasks is with rcon, and the rcon password is the same as the server password. I am looking to change that. Could anybody who has hosted a server suggest me something to use to administer the server more easily? Thanks.
