Boot Priority: WIndows Boot Manager or SSD?

xeromynd

Hey quick question.

When I boot to the UEFI on my X99-Pro, I get two options under boot priority:

-Windows Boot Manager (Samsung 840 Evo 128GB)

-Samsung 840 Evo 128GB

Just want to know what the difference is between the two, and which (if either) is a better choice if there is such a thing.

I think the top one gives you option to boot into the OS, recovery, system restore, etc. And the bottom one just boots in the OS directly

If you are the sort who turns your computer off often, and want to get to the OS as fast as possible then choose the second item.

If you are the sort who leaves your computer on 24/7 and only boots when there is an issue then choose the first option.
