If this^ doesn't work try grabbing all the windows updates, worked for me.

If it isn't available, it is because Microsoft has evaluated your system not to be ready for Windows 10. Usually, it is because you'll face with all sorts of driver problems, at least that is why Microsoft testing concluded. You have to wait sometimes i August. However, nothing stops you to force upgrade if you really want Win10 now, or see if the issues will really affect you or not.
