muh specs 

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Screens- 3  ASUS VN248H-P IPS 1080p screens mounted on a stand, some old tv on the wall above it. 

Stuff- Epicgear defiant (solderless swappable switches), g600, moutned mic and other stuff. 

Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

4382 miles for me O_O i'm still going cause fuckit, its almost more expensive to travel from winnipeg to Vancouver than it is to travel from Norway to Vancouver

I love everyone from LMG and i think this would be an amazing trip but the cost of a plane ticket there and a hotel to stay for a few days [going from Boston, MA to Vancouver JUST for this would be silly] would be in the several thousands of dollars and i dont have that kind of cash just hangin around to burn lol, nevermind the amount of money i would want to spend at the actual garage sale and doing stuff in Vancouver. Sorry!!

Does anyone know why the calendar event and certain threads have been 404'd? Just want to make sure everything is happening as planned. Seems they made a new event but forgot to update the vid desc, and the thread was probably deleted because of the 500 others covering the same topic.

Whenever I pick up my niece from Bellingham, I always make sure to have a note from her parents and her birth certificate. You might not need it but it can't hurt to have. If your sources suggest other documentation as well, I'd bring that too, if it's not too much work to acquire.

I was planning on looking in to renting a Lambo for a day, but turns out I'm going to be in Whitehorse that day and wont be able to make it.

Plane tickets are too damn expensive! $800 USD for a stay from the 20th to the 22nd...now I'd be there if it was more like a 3-4 day (help with the move, Eat cake, vote4turnips and Austin's nipple) deal... Maybe sometime next year when (if) I get stationed out that way...

If I had the funds / notice to book a holiday for a week, then I'd have made it tie in with the meet and greet.

 

Not flying specifically for a meet and nothing else, though. Especially not to meet a bunch of forum users who are 12 and can't talk to women without shaking due to anxiety and other stuff.

i dont know about the laws governing travel between the US and Canada but if you can legally. but i think you need a valid ID and if you are a minor you should bring a letter signed by your guardian preferably both. though i dont know if that would be enough

I am going to a wedding on the same day as the meetup in Abbotsford, so I will be close. I am going to try to come, all dressed up as a groomsman. I initially didn't think I would be able to make it, but then found out the plan is to goto 8pm. I am pretty sure I can make that.
