for taking videos for 600$ is a camcorder better?

so 600$ dslr is better than 600$ camcorder?

which has better quality

If you can be arsed to learn a DSLR, that. If you just wanna run and gun, then camcorder.

One left in stock,

Also look at the T5i, it's $100 out of your pricerange but they make much better shooters than a camcorder.

Camcorders are meant to be handheld or to have the person filming behind it, DSLR's are more application flexible.

DSLR's look better if you know how to use them and don't mind messing with them. Camcorders are better for run and gun work and when you need to do work quickly.
