vSync! Yes or No - Whats your opinion?

Leave it off unless you get tearing. You'll get more FPS when it's off usually

I use it. It helps a lot at 1366x768

I barely use it, I have a 120hz monitor and only a HD6850, so tearing happening is basicly impossible XD

but on a 120hz monitor vsync is not nearly as bad for input lag, becasue waiting one frame only is 8ms, not 16ms like on 60hz monitors.

VSync introduces mouse input lag on some games (even with triple buffering enabled) so I use EVGA Precisions's Frame Rate Target instead.

 

I only use Vsync for games that don't have input lag or ones that I play with gamepad only like Sleeping Dogs.

I have it off being it makes more input lag and I have a 144hz monitor. The input lag is the worst think for me being I play a bunch of CoD4 promod and CS:GO and CSS.

I turn it on because my games still runs smooth after turning Vsync on. Turn it off if you want to get better performance.

If I leave Vsync on my GPU goes crazy and maxes out FPS. To stop my FPS going over 150 I use Adaptive Vsync. It keeps my temps down to.

I usually have it off unless i start noticing obvious screen tearing then i will turn it on.

I don't use Vsync, I never notice tearing, I like higher framerate because it looks smoother imo, and I hate the input lag that it causes.

The input lag is often unplayable, so I usually play with it off... Although I really do like the smoothness with vsync
