Linux to Windows Printer

As the name suggests I'm trying to connect my Ubuntu Linux to my parents PC for printing. My windows works fine printing to it, but for some reason I can not seem to get ubuntu to make it print. Also when I go to print the status says that it is processing. So any help, walkthrough, or kind words would be awesome. Thank you and I am going to post this in operating systems as well.
