Da fuck? I just called best buy to ask, and asked if they will pricematch microcenter, they asked "Microcenter.com", I said yes, they hung up.

Called again, this time they didn't hang up on me when I asked, though they did tell me that if the item is out of stock at microcenter then they will not price match it.

Are they loosing money on each one? That is way lower then MSRP or buying from a large retailer

I called my local microcenter about this deal, they just said it has to be some sort of google error, as they do not even carry this model anymore. I don't know what a "google error" is, but i guess it was too good to be true.

WIsh I had a Microcenter near me in Tampa, FL.  Closest one is in Atlanta, GA.  They have a great deal on the 4790k as well but their great deals are always in store only. :(

The fact that I live 5 mins away from a microcenter and I missed this deal literally makes me want to kill myself. WHAT. THE. HELL. Could've put two of these babies in sli and destroyed a 980 ti.

Hopefully this price is still up tommorow, because best buy HAS to honor any legitimate company's pricing, no matter the deal.(according to best buy employees, who have given a friend a 700$ laptop for 350$ as that's micro center pricing) I'll look up the model in a sec, but thst was over a year ago. Point is best buy would honor it

I called them already the moment this thread came into existence. It was an error. That is why every single Microcenter in the US went out of stock on these at the exact same time. Nobody missed anything, and best buy or any other retailer will not price match it.
