Which fans for my case

So i'm looking for some fans for my Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, which are low noise, while running at low rpm's. Noctua is out of question because of the color, and that the black ones are very expensive in Denmark.

 

I have been looking at the  Be Quiet Pure Wings 2 140mm because they are not overly expensive, and should be very low noise, but at the same time having a great airflow. That's at least what i have heard from reviews. Though i'm not sure.

 

Please help me with this. Because i'm very picky when it comes to noise. I'm considering buying 3-4 fans, when i find the right ones.

check out my silent build (my spoiler in my signature)

 

i have the Be Quiet! Silent Base 800. Man i cant freaking hear any of the fans. Seriously, i have to put my ear up against them. BTW those are just Pure Wings 2! fans. Silent Wings are about 4db quieter

 

the 2 140mm fans are at 1000 RPM, and the 120mm is at 1,500 RPM

It's actually the Pure Wings 2 140mm i'm looking at. The Silent Wings seems to be better used on rads and are a lot more expensive. 

 

it's funny you say that, because my Phantek fan, in the top of my Enthoo Luxe has loud motor noise even at 500-600rpm. At least to my ears.
