£400 used build challenge

As it says in the title you have 400 pounds, parts don't have to be used but can be and the objective is to get the most out of the budget, looks won't play too much into the factor but don't choose a windowed case if the gpu is red and the mobo is blue for example. Used parts must be located in UK and on eBay. I'll most likely build the best one, cheers. EDIT: It's for gaming and it's just the pc (no OS/ peripherals)

Hard to build the best one when you don't mention what it's for, if it needs peripherals, monitor, OS etc etc.
