I found a deal on eBay for a 140 pound used 3570k with the 4460 being around the same price. Which one?

http://myanimelist.net/animelist/VLRose I like anime, I'm missing at least 50 off this list.

 

R9 390, i5 6400, 8GB Ram

Can you get a good OC'ing motherboard for the 3570K too?

3570k overclocked will perform better. at stock 4460 would.

 

z77 motherboards are quite expensive though.

If you can get a motherboard for over clocking and a good cooler then the 3570k will perform better

3570K, but you aint gonna find a Z77 board for cheap these days...so realistically i5-4460 and H97 board.
