CPU Cooler, defiantly. Getting this damn thing in took more time than building the rest of the rig.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

Cable management. It frustrates me when things look messy, and I'm never satisfied with how my cables look. Next to that would probably be installing everything afterward; even with sites like Ninite it's a chore.

Cable management. Everything is fine in my opinion but when those cables look messy, I cry.

Installing Windows, though as long as Windows hasn't been activated you can freely transfer the HDD/SSD between similar computers (quad core rig to quad core rig worked for me, but not quad core to dual core, though I might have a solution).

I hate figuring out power supplies.  So much shotty power consumption information for components or out right BS to juggle and verify.  Then when I finally find one that meets the needs of the components it almost never fits in the case with the other parts properly.

Large cases + small PSU = General happiness (or just less mad)

CPU Cooler,... some are really annoying.

I actually thought about wires, but that is fun to me for whatever reason. I like making the box look good. But that damn CPU coolers that need screwing all over the place, weight 10 pounds and never seem to fit. Don't get me started on forgetting the lube and having to redo all that after it was done ;-)

The lube? I don't think it advised to put your penis in a cpu cooler, I've never seen that in a build log

Installing the CPU cooler was quite tedious, but it was nothing compared to how difficult plugging in the 24-pin connector was. Took me nearly an hour to get it to click.

Anything that requires a decent amount of force.  Examples, 24-pin connector and the 2nd lever of the 2011-3 socket.
