How was your pc building experience?

Ghost

Definitely the front panel headers. It's not difficult, just really annoying (and they normally look pretty ugly which doesn't help).

Attaching the cpu cooler to the motherboard. Never in my life have I experienced something so irritatingly difficult. You're supposed to apply even pressure to all four screws, but good fucking luck getting them all started with even pressure, whilst not smearing the thermal paste a bit.

Seriously, someone needs to come up with a better way because the ones I've used (noctua, hyper 212, corsair h110) have all been absolute shit.

Telling anyone online what it is you're buying because there will always be some irritating person there to tell you how you should spend your money, and that you are ignorant for going Nvidia/AMD/Intel/etc. for this/that and the other.

If anything, it's that it goes too quickly. This is my ME time so I often find myself really taking my time. I'll first build it outside of the case on top of the MB box and I mean build it completely, OS, Drivers, Updates, everything. Then I take it all back apart and take my leasurly time putting it in the case. I may paint somethings, decide I want to resleeve some cables, or get different fans. Once it's all done, I'll probably tinker with it often afterwards.  If I really tried, I could have a decent looking system up and running from boxes to desk in an afternoon and play games that evening.

EVERY
FREAKING
TIME

I've built five PCs already, and I always forget it! I freak out when it doesn't start, and it takes like ten minutes before I facepalm extremely hard.
