"The New Razer Blade pro is designed for play...engineered for work! This is by far one of the best built machines on the market but as we all know, this $2,999 package would have to deliver a whole lot more to justify it's worth. Here's where we got into trouble..."

IMO this is beyond a joke, I really don't know who the target is for such a device?

I understand that the touchscreen/touchpad adds compromises to the design, but from watching the video its the biggest gimmick I've ever seen.

Not even Chroma :D

This is why I have a rule to never ever buy gaming branded stuff (especially anything Razer). You get a meh product for 2x the price because it has and RGB LED and they call it a feature (looking at you Corsair). For $3000 you can buy a MSI GT80 Titan and get desktop performance.

I'm having trouble seeing what purpose these laptops serve, especially the 17-inch one. What on Earth makes it so expensive?! And these laptops don't even look that thin. If they're Razer Blades, aren't they supposed to be thin?

Why is the God of Hyperdeath SO...DARN...CUTE!?

Also, if anyone has their mind corrupted by an anthropomorphic black latex bat, please let me know. I would like to join you.

Wow, Razer made such an unbalanced machine it makes the 2014/15 15" MacBook Pro Retina a better buy. I'm impressed. That takes a whole new league of stupid.

For $3200 you get 1440p IPS display, 4980HQ, 2 512GB Samsung XP941 M.2 SSD in RAID 0, GTX 750M (now AMD M370X), 16GB RAM, Apple's pretty much unmatched trackpad, and a fairly lightweight and sturdy build quality.

The 480p touchscreen/pad thing that also removes all ports on the right side, drives up heat ect.

I don't get it, shouldn't the larger chassis be more powerful? Wouldn't it make more sense to give THIS the 970m or even a 980m? At least Apple shoved the 17" with the better upgrades from the off, so you at least got something for the extra 2" and 500+ dollars over the 15". This is slightly absurd.

This is scary bad. My brother just bought an Asus laptop with an i7, 960m, 8GB RAM, 1TB storage at 7200, and a 1080p IPS screen for 1050 usd.

Wow, you can get a laptop with a much nicer display and a GTX 980M with 8 GB VRAM and it still will be cheaper.

In audio it sounds like Snake oil on the jack...
